Wye National Nature Reserve consists of chalk grassland and woodland on steep coombes with stunning views of the surrounding Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). The site's chalk grassland is notable for its range of orchids with 21 species having been recorded. 

Legacy Grazing is working with staff at the National Nature Reserve to develop a detailed grazing plan that will be implemented from January 2019 as part of a five-year Countryside Stewardship agreement.
